Koppers Fishing wins Back to Back Industry Awards
July 25, 2011 – Niagara On The Lake – The Niagara On The Lake fishing lure manufacture best known for making the most life-like fishing lures on the market under the LIVETARGET banner has been recognized once again by their peers by winning the Best New Soft bait award at the annual ICAST convention in Las Vegas held on July 13-15. Koppers won the same award last year.
Koppers Fishing and Tackle Corp. President Grant Koppers is delighted to win this award again which makes it back to back years that the company has been recognized for their cutting edge designs. “To win once is an honour for a young company but to win back to back awards solidifies the company’s position in the fishing industry and gives us a great boost with our new product launches” stated Koppers.
The 2010 winner was a life-like Hollow Body Frog, which Koppers followed up this year with a Field Mouse that made many people stop and do a double take as it looked liked it would scurry away in an instant.
